Any time I see a traditional article of clothing worn in a unique way, I am always intrigued. Boy blazers over slinky tops, knitted tights with shorts, chunky boots with a flouncy skirt—I love them all. Which is why today’s Fashionista caught my eye with her sexy take on menswear. Plus, she just appeared so cool and confident as she went about her day, that I just had to stop and take her picture.

I love the way this she styled her button-down shirt. With her sleeves rolled up and the waist tied just so, she exudes great personal style—and who doesn’t love a little midriff on an unseasonably warm November day? Beyond the shirt, what I really love about this lady is the overall confidence she conveyed. The boots, jeans, shirt, and accessories all work together to make a complete look—and one that she was obviously happy to present to the world.

Are you looking for a little edge this holiday season? Try this boot from Frye. Perhaps it will even spark a little fashion conversation around the dinner table this Thanksgiving.
