Crafty Cat: New Year’s Eve drink

Here are some delicious and refreshing cocktail recipes for you to try at home. Perfect for toasting in the New Year!
Victorian Mojito
Have an English garden party with a Victorian Mojito.
4 lime segments
8 ice cubes
2 tsp honey
2 shot gin
8 shot apple juice
8 mint leaves
1. Place some ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the gin and top up with apple juice and honey.
3. Fill a tall glass with ice, lime, and mint.
4. Shake the alcohol together in a shaker and then strain in to a glass.
French Martini
Ooh la la, get tipsy on French Martinis.
1 shot vodka
2 shot pineapple juice
10 ice cubes
1 shot Chambord liqueur
1. Place some ice in a shaker and add the Chambord, vodka, and pineapple juice.
2. Shake for a minute or so and then pour in to a martini glass.
Lemoncello
Good things come to those who wait. Get a head start on next year's festivities with this delicious lemon vodka.
¾ cup vodka
¾ cup sugar
4 lemons
1 cup water
1. Pour the vodka in to an air-tight bottle.
2. Chop up the lemons in to small pieces.
3. Place the lemon in the vodka, seal the bottle and leave for 3 weeks.
4. 3 weeks later, filter the vodka either using a filter or a sieve and then pour the filtered vodka back in to the bottle.
5. Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan and then stir in the sugar.
6. When the sugar has melted, pour the sugar water in to the bottle and leave for another week. After this last week, it's ready to drink.
