Can’t seem to find any DIY projects that suit your indie style on the tube? Well, much to my crafting delight, threadbanger.com produces DIY shows like Decor it Yourself and I Spy DIY. The episodes are often timely like “How- to Make Obama Inauguration Gear” or "How-to Make a Rockabilly Summer Outfit" The episodes are streaming so once they load, you can start watching.

The hosts usually do the crafting unless they have a special guest host designer like Kenley Collins of Project Runway fame. The show’s formant is simple enough: show a graphic with the level of difficulty, list the supplies and then walk the viewer through the steps. DIY done right before your eyes.
