PhDs are the new pin-ups

It’s the time of year you’ve all been waiting for: The Real Hot 100 (therealhot100.org) publishes its print magazine in response to Maxim’s list of the 100 sexiest and most successful ladies (read: rich celebrities) in the world. A group of young feminists founded the project to highlight what they say makes a woman “really hot,” including activism, awards, artistic endeavors, and academic achievement. More than 200 ladies were nominated from all over the country (you might even know some of them), and the committee had to decide which half of them best represents the “intelligence, drive, and diversity” that the really hot woman possesses.
